RESTORE Clinical Exercise

Clinical Exercise is the perfect complement to manual physiotherapy. At Restore Physiotherapy, our physiotherapists understand painful conditions and are the ideal practitioners to guide you through restorative exercise programs. A program may be based on fundamental exercise principles, strength and conditioning, the latest research, Clinical Pilates and yoga if appropriate for individual conditions. Emphasis is on muscle strength, control and correcting biomechanics (the way you move).

We conduct individual consultations to accurately assess your condition. A personalised program of exercises is formulated to suit your needs. Equipment such as weights, exercise bands, wobble boards, spring loaded equipment such as reformers and trapeze tables may be used to facilitate correct muscle activation patterns in our bright, modern studio. To ensure that proper foundations of movement are learnt, patients are closely monitored. Once confident, patients progress to supervised small groups. Clinical Exercise is suitable for adolescents through to the older client.
