Pre and post natal Clinical Exercise

Pregnancy can produce strain on muscles and joints especially those of the lower back and pelvis. Hormones, extra weight gain and changing body shape can all contribute to this. Restore physiotherapists are experienced in women’s health issues and programs are developed to ensure mother and baby’s safety whilst still targeting pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles. Exercises are designed to keep you strong during pregnancy, prepare the body for labor and the demands of caring for your new baby. Ideally commenced before pregnancy, Clinical Exercise can usually be performed up until the last couple of weeks of the pregnancy.
