We conduct individual consultations to accurately assess your condition. A personalised program of exercises is formulated to suit your needs. Equipment such as weights, exercise bands, wobble boards, spring loaded equipment such as reformers and trapeze tables may be used to facilitate correct muscle activation patterns in our bright, modern studio. To ensure that proper foundations of movement are learnt, patients are closely monitored. Once confident, patients progress to supervised small groups. Clinical Exercise is suitable for adolescents through to the older client.

After the birth of your baby, Clinical Exercise is the ideal form of low impact exercise to regain pelvic floor and abdominal tone. Strong pelvic floor muscles can help prevent incontinence and prolapses of the bladder, uterus and bowel later in life.
